Austin Vollor, Attorney

Austin, from Vicksburg, Mississippi, is managing partner of Vollor Law Firm, P.A. He received his bachelor’s degree in both History and Philosophy from Spring Hill College in 1993 and law degree from the University of Mississippi in 1996. He was a law clerk for Honorable John E. Roberts of the Florida 14th Judicial Circuit. Before opening his law practice, he was an Assistant Attorney General assigned to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce. Austin has been voted Starkville Daily News “Best Attorney” in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015 and was selected for the publication’s “Top 40 under 40” in 2007. He is a member of the The National Trial Lawyer Top 100, American Association for Justice, Mississippi Association for Justice, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Knights of Columbus, The Greater Starkville Development Partnership, and GSDP’s Committee of 100. Austin specializes in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Criminal Defense.

Austin earned a bull riding belt buckle by graduating from the Sankey Rodeo School in 2009. He is a proud supporter of various local and national charities including Komen Race for the Cure, Starkville Humane Society, Sierra Club, Friends of Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge and Southern Poverty Law Center.

Benjamin Lang, Attorney

Benjamin Lang is an experienced trial attorney with a focus on criminal defense, personal injury, and family law litigation. Prior to joining the Vollor Law Firm as Partner in 2014, Ben was the owner and sole proprietor of the Lang Law Firm in Starkville, Mississippi.

A native of Starkville, Mississippi, Ben is an active board member for the Starkville Community Theatre, Starkville Foundation for Public Education, and the Starkville Symphony Association and volunteers as an attorney coach for the Starkville High School Mock Trial Team through the Mississippi Young Lawyers Association. He and his wife are members of New Covenant church in Starkville, Mississippi. Ben is an advocate for the arts, and also former member of the Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists in association with a previous career in film and television.

Niki Pea Wilson, Paralegal Office Manager

Niki Pea, a native from Delta City, Mississippi, moved to Starkville to attend Mississippi State University to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Finance. She joined Vollor Law Firm in May 2009. She is a member of Starkville Young Professionals, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Mississippi Paralegal Associations, and The National Association of Legal Assistants.

Gabby Thomas, Legal Secretary

Gabby Thomas, from Gulfport, Mississippi joined the Vollor Law Firm family in May 2015 after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University. During her enrollment, Gabby was also employed by the University.
